Messaged Brian on Saturday morning, needing a castle for Saturday the same day as it was a last minute plan for my sons birthday. He arrived within about 30 mins of texting him and had it up for us. We asked to keep it for longer for the kids than the original collection time, it wasn’t a issue Brian was more than willing to help. There isn't much Brian can't do! After seeing a particular bouncy castle at another party my son decided it was the one he would like - this was no problem and Brian made sure it was available for his birthday party. Delivery and collection was exactly when arranged for with great communication throughout. Brian always came back to us quickly and nothing was a problem. I couldn't recommend more and will be using again. Thanks again!
